Everything was perfect, fantastic hotel, the location was marvellous next to the Maradana railway station and auto part shops. The personnel was very polite and really good as expected. The room was huge and neat with proper separate shower and my experience was very comfortable...

I loved the arrangement of my deluxe king room with a private balcony and TV. the interior was comfortable. the hotel's proximity to the city center, Colombo Fort Railway Station, Fort train station, bus stations, and local trains was convenient.

Make sure you stay in the deluxe queen room with AC as well as proper separate shower. It has particularly good and perfect location 10 km away from the airport. There's a train station near the place.

Its cleanliness & reasonable costs with all the basic facilities, like ferr wi fi, fridge / tv / air condition in room. Location is near commercial establishments so good for travelling within city centre.

No complaints, I would stay there again. It has a good and perfect location with ample parking. It's so close to the rail station, city center, and airport. Convenient for catching the unreserved southern coastal trains towards Galle and Matara.

The room was to the main road front of the hotel. So it was quite noisy. Only the noise of the aircon interfered the the noise of the street. That was helpful.

The location was good, a short tuk tuk ride from Colombo Fort Railway Station, and it's not too expensive.

The lobby and corridors smelled of cigarette smoke and the place in general was a bit gloomy. At breakfast I was asked how I'd like my eggs, I asked for boiled but that wasn't possible. Boiled eggs? Not possible! Says all you need to know about the kitchen. The scrambled egg I had instead was definitely average and the coffee was vile. Wifi doesn't reach to the end of the corridor so if you want access in your room make sure you check.

At $30/night, it is the least expensive hotel in the town. Considering this cost, the services provided are not bad. breakfast (not included) is reasonable.

Location is about 3 km away from city center. Internet is slow, services are so so, but at this price, what else you can expect? So not so bad!
